Truly exceptional customer service! I cannot overstate how impressed I was! An item I wanted to buy for a Christmas gift was not available online. I called the Berkeley store and spoke with Adam and Avery. The store was very busy with the holiday rush, but they looked, and had the item in the size I needed. Great menswear line with wonderful fabric. If you are a woman who likes to actually do things then the men’s line is for you! Cute atmosphere and nice staff.
