I started going to Tao and seeing Treasure last year, for issues related to stress management and digestion. Every appointment was comprised of a consultation and an acupuncture needle treatment in a private, relaxing room. At each session, Treasure and I sat down to evaluate my symptoms, discuss how I was feeling, and understand if I had improved or gotten worse since my last session. She took thorough notes, asked questions, and always followed up with post-session notes that she emailed to me.

Then, when I became pregnant, we focused the treatments to address blood-building, morning sickness, fatigue, round ligament pain, and the countless other symptoms that come with pregnancies. As a trained doula and new mama, Treasure has been a fountain of knowledge and has held my hand as I faced surprising pains or unexpected issues throughout my pregnancy. At one point in my late-second trimester, I could barely walk from SI joint pains, and at another point I had developed anemia. For the SI joint paint, she gave me exercises and stretches to do, and addressed the pain with her needle treatment. For the anemia, she recommended a non-constipating herbal supplement and told me where to buy it, in addition to focusing the treatments on blood-building. My SI joint pains were gone within the week (you have to listen and follow her recommendations for maximum results!), and the blood-building treatments she did for me restored my energy levels until well into my third trimester.

I have never worked with a more mindful, meticulous, and thorough acupuncturist before I met Treasure. I trust her opinion, her intuition, and her holistic knowledge of Eastern treatments. I often get more useful and straightforward information from Treasure than I do from my Western practitioners.

Let's be honest here. This practice is a joke, they come across as a well technology advanced practice with their intake forms but they are very cumbersomex, complex, confusing, and tedious. It's hard to tell whether your completing the men's section or the women's section. After my first visit I reschedule with Deanna on 7/24/2018 @ 6:30PM. I stood in the office with her on 7/15/2018 and booked this appointment and put it on my calendar right there in her office. Good thing I text her on the 24th at 12:35PM to confirm, because she rescheduled my appointment to 7PM and didn't bother to let me know. She claimed that I should've gotten a confirmation that was probably in my SPAM folder, and I checked to only not find a thing. After she told me she rescheduled my appointment without informing me I told her this would not work for me, and she tried to persuade me 2 or 3 times to keep a 7PM appointment. Once she finally cancelled my appointment believe me I got that email, which goes to show me not only was i never sent any confirmations for the schedule change, I was blatantly lied too. To be very honest with you by looking at the reviews this practice it might not be a treatment center for males to attend, sorry I am pulling this but there's really not even one written review from a male patient. Makes me wonder, is there a particular reason my appointment was rescheduled without any notification sent...

I met Christina at a time of desperation. My husband and I had no trouble conceiving our first child, but trying for a second was turning out to be extremely difficult. After several miscarriages and visits to the fertility clinic I decided to try one last thing, acupuncture. I looked online and found Christina's practice. Then I contacted her with some initial questions and could easily see that she had the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. I'm not fond of needles nor am I very aware of my body, but after several appointments and documenting my cycles, I could see changes beginning to happen. We managed to get pregnant again and this time Christina suggested looking into a blood condition that could be attributing to the problems we were having with previous pregnancies. She gave me the confidence to ask the right questions and to get my OB onboard with her suggested treatments. That pregnancy was successful and we feel very fortunate to have just celebrated our son's 4th birthday. I truly don't think it would have been possible without Christina's help. It was a blessing to have found her and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for gifted...
