Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Berlin Township

We have had great experiences with the Ionia, and the Lowell store, but I will never shop in the Greenville store again. I was actually dumbfounded how rude, and completely disrespectful one of the male cashiers was to me on my last visit. He was new, and didn't know how to do coupons from my phone, (I do,and use them weekly at all wild bills) so he insisted that I was mistaken about which retailer I shop at...he ended up letting me know that the Greenville branch didn't need my business ,because I asked him to not scan the coupons if he wouldn't accept it (coupons are only available once per week). After that I told him that he was right on one account- Greenville store will not be my store. I've shopped at Lowell and Ionia since they have opened, and been treated with nothing but common courtesy and decent humans. sorry for the long post, I don't want anyone else to feel this emotional situation I felt, afterwards, from a teenager with an over inflated ego who doesn't play well...

Abbey at the Ionia location deserves a raise. Not only is she above and beyond in customer service, and kindness… I watched her potentially save the business refusing a girl to purchase anything when she saw her boyfriend was underage who was outside. She immediately said “NO” in a kind way, pointing out he’s outside and underage. With all the stings, underage kids being harmed by products, and the potential for a parent to sue or tell authorities, shes loyal to the company policy and laws. Ive seen many times ppl not care and do it anyway. She is a trustworthy, honest, kind, and anywhere she applies for a job is lucky to have her. I drive out to Wild Bill's to get some things specifically today because of the Wednesday specials they have. The sign states they close at 8pm but when I arrive at 7:10pm, they are closed. Nobody inside. I don't know how a business can survive if they are not open when they advertise that they are and how can they sell products when they are closed?
