Purchased an airsoft gun here without doing any research prior. Paid $300 cash (because they don’t take credit/debit) for the gun and some bbs for my son. After the purchase I went online to find the same exact gun regularly priced on several websites at $170-$200. After I realized I was significantly over charged, elapsed time 10 mins from the point of sale, I went back to return the gun. The owner refused to give me refund and pointed to hand written ripped sign taped to his counter that said no refunds. I asked him directly when making the purchase, if there was a problem with the gun, could I bring it back here? He said yes , never mentioning his hand written sign purposefully placed 3 feet from where you process the sale and was covered up by the gun box during my purchase. When I asked him why this policy was being forced down my throat he said cause it going to be forced down his. I said by who and I’d like to speak to that person. He then admitted he was the owner and it was his policy. I said so you can help me here but you’re choosing not to, he said yes. This about sums up the level of service and the experience you can expect to have at Ben and Mollys. So, instead of retaining a customer, he has me online trashing his store and the level of integrity that he runs the business with. He did compromise slightly and throw in a few things my son could add onto the gun. But he was not coming off that $300 I just put in his register! Do Not buy anything from these guys. They sold me a broken gun holster brand new in the pack. When I went in the guy was ignorant as hell. The holster was missing a piece that is not replaceable. The strap to hold the gun in. He tried to tell me they sell hundreds of them and he knows everything about them but he’s didn’t know about the strap I went on to website to show him but he was too ignorant to look told me o we’ll wear it broken then. DO NOT SHOP HERE! i used to get a lot of paintball equipment here and never had any problems until i bought a paintball gun here a few days ago that they didn't bother to tell me was broken.
