Addie Rose made beautiful center pieces for my wedding. Incredible quality flowers! Easy to work with. The owner offered a mock up arrangement and adjusted the initial look to my preferences with no problem.

Quite a few disappointments though.

I ordered garland for a fireplace mantle and sweet heart table and to my surprise….it was FAKE! With a few real flowers sprinkled throughout. For $300 I could have bought this on my own or not had it at all. No indication in our contract it was to be artificial garland. The driver even took it home at the end of then night!! I called the owner and he explained one of the fridges went down overnight - I couldn’t understand what he was saying because the phone was breaking up, but I do understand accidents happen…

My bouquet did not match the center pieces.

Also to my surprise, the center piece stands were NOT what I chose from the shop selection. Owner decided the ones he picked would look better.

The boutenniers were completely unusable! We needed ONLY the grooms flower to be made with pins instead of a magnet, and they were all made with pins to hold an enormous rose which flopped over and bent the pins. Even the photographers were surprised this particular flower and pins were chosen for the men.

What bothers me the most is I was not informed of any of these changes. I saw them all on my own when I entered my venue and had to call the shop for an explanation . I realize nothing is perfect, but expected better communication and would have appreciated a heads up to which things would be different than what I believed to be paying for.

Even better, would have preferred an option for a refund instead of getting fake garland...

INCREDIBLE service and flowers! I had initially made the huge mistake of ordering a birthday bouquet from Fromyouflowers.com. What a nightmare! 4 days after my friend's birthday and the flowers were still not there and every time I called customer service, people with heavy foreign accents would take the same information I had given the previous person over and over again and nothing was resolved.

So I decided to cut my losses and find a highly rated florists in the town in which my friend lived which turned out to be Addie Rose.

Spoke to a wonderful person named Ron who listened patiently and kindly to me while I vented about my experience with that third party company, and then immediately reassured me that my friend would get her flowers in just a couple of hours.

They put together a beautiful bouquet and I received a text from Ron letting me know the delivery driver had just left the shop and would be delivering the flowers to my friend soon.

Shortly thereafter, I received a text from my friend filled with all kinds of heart and flower emojis and photos of her arrangement, telling me how much she "loved the flowers" and how much how "beautiful" they were. YAAY.!🎉💐💐💐😊

DO NOT HIRE! I strongly advise AGAINST engaging with this company. Regrettably, my wedding decor suffered due to the owner's (Ron Gendrachi) negligence and lack of effective communication. Despite providing reference pictures detailing my desired ceremony decor during our initial discussions, the actual setup fell far short of expectations and was not completed in a timely manner. My bouquet arrived over an hour late and was not included in any of the pre-wedding shots. The little decor that was set up was still being completed while guests were taking their seats. Subsequently, my attempts to address these issues and seek reimbursement for the deficiencies were met with prolonged silence, necessitating follow-up calls from alternate numbers just to elicit a response. Almost 3 months went by and even then, the owner's offer to reimburse only the setup fee demonstrated a lack of accountability and professionalism. He and his staff even accused my husband of purposely damaging one of their items which in turn was not true. This company fails to deliver satisfactory service and I strongly discourage others from engaging their services....
