This is a great place to live in and has great amenities (if you are lucky to use it without being bothered by unprofessional staff). While people like chelsie robinson makes this place great, you will unfortunately meet unbelievably unprofessional staff especially their handy man. Very negative attitude, does his job while giving you side looks, and shows his frustration while doing the requested work. Another shockingly inappropriate and disrespectful behavior is when that same person walked into the gym while i was the only person working out and shuts down the the music on the gym-provided TVs (volume at 23!!!) without any respect to you or even asking if i would mind lowering the volume. Of note, gym has no rules about music volumes (and i would have been cautious if there are other members in the gym) but he decided to come up with his own rules about this and even address it in a blatantly aggressive and disrespectful manner with the community manager standing next to him without speaking a single word. Just few things to consider when you make a decision about moving to comet bermuda!! Your day can go from enjoying it in the gym to having to stress about their...
Read moreComet Bermuda Run does not meet the initial requirements when you think of an "luxury" community. They do have nice amenities, as they should when spending minimum 1k per month on rent. Nothing was thought out properly in this community. Little over a year old community is having massive parking issues and requiring residents to reserve spots and pay extra per month in order to get close to their entrance. The management staff (especially the ones that live on site) is severely inadequate when it comes to customer service and following the own communities guidelines. The management focusing so much on the little details that make them appear good on paper they overlook the care for their residents. To top it all off they take pride in being a pet friendly community but is far from safe environment for your pet. In the designated pet play area, I personally have found on different occasions nails, screws, copper wires, bolts, etc all left from construction that could easily cause severe harm and death to our animals. Overall Comet looks nice on the front but the living experience does not match...

Seems to be a certain âculturalâ atmosphere. Take from this what you wish. On the flip side, youâll be left alone and not bothered with getting to know your neighbors if thatâs your thing. The apartment manager is nice and seems to be a rational person without bias. As for the construction of the apartments, they are nicely laid out and have attractive features. There is some noise transfer, but nothing outside the norm for apartment living. Parking is VERY competitive.
Update- been here for more a few years now. They increased the rent significantly recently. Management had changed and so has staff. They do odd things like send out notices for resident things like food that is available or some type of resident appreciation, but is is day of or maybe the day before max. For the rent they ask now, you can find better elsewhere or even buy a place if your finances/credit is in order. Iâm just waiting for me...
