Edit-May 14 visit... Well, sadly I have to change my review to a 2 instead of the original 5 stars. My kids and I came through the drive through pretty late in the evening and I left their with a total waste of $41.00. After placing and paying for the order, they decide to tell me that they ran out of sour cream! How on earth can Taco Bell run out of SOUR CREAM??? It's one of the main ingredients of a taco!! My Mexican pizza had cheese on only a half of it, and the quesedias were a complete joke with less than a teaspoon of substance in them!! My kids threw away most of the 12pack of soft taco supremes considering they were 90% lettuce and had no sour cream. They asked me if I wanted sauce on it or on the side, I asked for it on the side, they asked hot or mild, I said mild....Well there was no sauce in the bag, but guess what was on the food.......HOT SAUCE!!!! The WHOLE $41.00 was a complete WASTE!!! If I wasn't so tired, I would have gone straight back and asked for a full refund. I should have just not accepted anything the second they said they were out of sour cream considering half of my order required sour cream. From now on, I will visit Clemmons.
Void my original review! I’m so happy to have this new Taco Bell right in my neighborhood! I placed a large order for my family and they got everything right and it was delicious!! I wouldn’t say the staff were the most friendliest I’ve ever met, but they did their job correctly and that’s what mattered most to me. All in all, I will definitely be going back every time that taco craving hits us, and I would recommend this...
Read moreDON'T EAT HERE! SERVICE SUCKS! Went here on the night of June 1, 2018. As usual at this location, had to wait an extraordinary amount of time on the orders ahead. When my time finally arrived, ordered a #11, firery supreme. It was on the screen, it was on my receipt, BUT IT WASN'T ON MY TACO! The sour cream that is. I got charged for it. So I called and complained. The girl on the phone said "well, just come on back up here and we'll make another order". As if it was no big deal to get back in my car and drive back to Taco Bell. Her attitude kind of upset me. I said why don't you fix another one and bring it to my house. Not that I really thought this was an option, but I wanted her to feel my frustration a little more. I WENT BACK, and while waiting on my replacement order I asked for a refill of my drink. The girl working the window started getting me another drink, but then she came to the window and said that her manager told her she couldn't give me another drink. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. When she arrived I told her that I thought giving me another drink was the least she could do after I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my order correct. She said "well, I'm sorry". I asked her to think about how stupid that was. I said if I were in the restaurant eating I could refill my cup as many times as I wanted to! But you can't give me another drink after I had to drive back to this restaurant account you screwing up my order. She just closed the window in my face. While the rest of the employees laughed! This _ _ _ _ hole will never get another...
Read moreSo we order online to skip the line around 5:00 p.m. My wife runs to pick up our order and after checking the bag realizing our order was wrong she opted to park go inside and this is where the fiasco begins. She talked with the cashier being there was no manager on duty at the time and the cashier said sorry we gave your order to someone else. I'm sure they were happy when they arrived home...After waiting for everyone in drive thru was waited on to the tune of ten cars (my wife was counting as they drove by 1 by 1 she says is anyone going to help me? The food prep guys exclaims we don't have your order while he's leaning against the counter looking at Facebook. The gentleman at the drive thru says yes we do it's been on the screen for a while. After another 15 minutes which totals a half hour not including drive time back and forth she finally gets our order and brings it home. My point is why order on line when your being pushed to the back of the line also there use to be a thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm guessing that's a thing of the past and servers are not interested in taking care of customers anymore at least at Taco Bell Bermuda Run. Facebook seems to be more important. With this being said everyone check your orders but be patient if your in Bermuda Run because they have no service, customers come last and Facebook is king!...
