Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in North Carolina

I'm really disappointed with my recent experiences at this restaurant. While the food quality has largely remained consistent and delicious, the drink quality has plummeted. Every drink I've ordered in the past few visits has been subpar at best. What's even more frustrating is the repeated errors with my drive-thru orders. For some reason, my phone number is consistently mixed up, and my order has been wrong three times in a row now. What started as a great dining experience has unfortunately deteriorated into a series of disappointments. I'm hesitant to return after these repeated issues.

I love coming here! The staff know my name and always make my drink to perfection! I unfortunately need to take a break because my new found caribou coffee addiction is breaking the bank, but shout out to the staff that always greets me with the biggest smile, and yes, Dakota; I mean you girl!!! Honestly, I wouldn’t have gotten my favorite autumn cup if it wasn’t for my girl!

Shocked to see a Caribou Coffee in Advance! Placed an order ahead of time to pickup in the drive thru. It was ready when I arrived, but the employee at the window didn’t say a word to me which was very odd. The chocolate croissant I ordered was delicious! Would return again just for that! I ordered an iced vanilla latte breve and it was not good. I have no idea why, but the flavor was off. My husband, however, ordered a Mint Condition Mocha from the signature menu and he says it’s the best peppermint flavored drink he has had!
