Warrior Car Wash — Local services in Bernalillo

Brought my brand new car here for a wash after the snow and salting on the roads. My BRAND NEW CAR not even 2 weeks old is all scratched up!!!! The clear coating has marks all over it and there are other deeper scratches as well. Went here because the reviews were pretty good but I have left completely devastated. Now I have to figure out how to get all these scratches out of my brand new car.

*UPDATE 1: The manager emailed me back and arranged to meet with me to assess my car. He was very kind and understanding. We filled out an incident report. He refunded my money for the car wash I did. I do appreciate the responsiveness and understanding.

*UPDATE 2: They investigated my claim and checked through their wash very thoroughly. They were unable to find anything that could have caused my car to get scratched. But they really made up for that with truly amazing customer service. The manager wanted me to feel better and retain my business. He apologized and put together a really nice little car care gift bag. The staff was all super nice as well when I picked it up. I am still sad about my car getting scratched but I feel better than I did before because of the care and kindness the manager and staff showed to me when they were unable to find anything wrong with the wash. My husband and I signed up for a monthly package at Warrior as soon as they opened. The wash was adequate so we never really thought of checking other car washes out. I've had a couple of issues during the past year - when the car wash shut down for a couple of months during COVID, they continued to charge us, and shortly after they reopened, the raised the rates without notice. Both times, I wrote to the manager, but remained a customer. A couple of weeks ago, my card on file was hacked, so we visited and asked them to update the card to a different one. Instead of doing that, they charged us for a single car wash (which is half the price of the monthly membership). When we asked them to rectify their mistake, they refused to do so and were very rude. We drove down the street to Mister Car Wash and what a difference! The staff was friendly (one is an ex-Warrior employee), the car wash was superior, the price was better, and they have tons of locations instead of just one. So happy to have made the switch to...

Nice location terrible car wash. I’ve driven by Warrior Car Wash for years now, while visiting friends and family in Rio Rancho/Bernalillo, and I finally decided to make a stop and wash my vehicle.

I paid for the premium wash which is reasonably priced at $20 for what’s included, compared to others car washes with a similar business model.

While in the wash the brushes seemed to be spinning slower than what I am use to, and I believe some of the extras I thought I was getting with the $20 wash weren’t included, due to the lack of soaps that barely layered my car and they seemed to be watered down considerably.

I do need to note two positives that I encountered and those being the dressing on my tires was applied well at the end of the wash, and the attendee pre-soaking my car by hand was a plus too.
