Now I’m getting messages saying I need to return a router I never received—or be charged $300. Called support, and they admitted it’s a system issue but haven’t fixed it. I still want the service, but they can’t sell me a new router because the system shows one is already active.

He has helped us resolve any billing issues, helped with my elderly father’s phone, seamlessly transferred a new phone for my stepson, and recently helped me both upgrade my phone and transfer to my husband’s account.
