Could not have had a better experience. The sales lady greeted me and not finding what I wanted in the show cases, brought out some other pieces for me to look at. Finally after going through two books I found several pieces that I liked. She quickly obtained information on when they could be at the store. I finally settled on one piece and it was available the very next day. Was adjusted for size in the store and it is now mine! Throughout the entire process this saleslady did not waiver in her attention to helping me find exactly what I wanted.

I’d give 10 stars if I could! We luckily stumbled across this website looking for a diamond pendant for my birthday. Lisa responded to my inquiry immediately, and worked with us very closely in having a diamond starfish pendant made for me. It took several weeks (worth the wait), and she stayed in constant contact with us throughout. I received the pendant yesterday, very sturdily packed, and the jewelry box itself was even gift-wrapped. I opened the box to find an absolutely stunning piece!!! Damianne was the best and helped my husband pick out a precious gemstone for my Christmas gift and then helped us create exactly what I wanted in a ring.
