Starbucks always has quality coffee and lattes etc. Some people don't like how bold their coffee is compared to say a Dunkin Donuts, however I prefer a more bold flavorful coffee like Starbucks offers. They are always friendly and happy to help. Many times I have been comped a free drink for either no reason or something as simple as my local barista couldn't remember my name (which I never expected them too) and comped me. That's always nice. The atmosphere is always relaxed and it's easy to hang out and meet someone for a drink or do some work or read the news while enjoying your favorite caffeinated beverage there. As a corporate company they are great in that they promote fair trade practices through their global supply line. Also they are generous in that they offer stock options, college benefits, and health beneft to all employees even at part time. More companies should be better stewards of their communities and country like them. It's nice to see while they are for sure capitalist they also believe in giving back and a fair employee benefits program even at part time unlike most of greedy corporate America. They should be an example of how you can still be beholden to shareholders, turn a profit, and be fiar to employees. I will always choose them over Dunkin Donuts for this reason even if I didn't like their coffee better. As a side note, even though it's pricey, if you really enjoy a bold coffee they will custom French press any coffee of any different region of origin they have in stock for you and you get to enjoy all the oils and flavor that somwhwta gets drowned out in a regular brewing machine...
Read moreI’ve never not received great service in a Starbucks before, and today was different and I need to share this experience. It’s been that type of week where I’ve been just going and going and haven’t had the clearest head and very few things have gone right. I pull up to the Starbucks after work and order my favorite because it’s been THAT type of day. The girl who took my order was super cheery. I get to the window and all of a sudden I don’t have my wallet. I’m freaking out because I swore I had it and many personal items are in there, meanwhile my car is getting soaked from the rain with my window down. No wallet to be found, I start to scramble to find Apple Pay, which isn’t even registered with my new debit card ironically yet, and before I could even think to make the “drive of shame” (when you don’t have your wallet to pay for your drink and awkwardly apologize and drive away). The girl takes care of it, and says “if it means making a difference in your day then I am happy to do it. Don’t worry about it.” and that really stuck with me. She doesn’t know me, I didn’t know her, we both don’t know one another’s struggles and she paid for my drink. I don’t remember her name, I didn’t even look and was too embarrassed to even ask, but THAT is what I call kindness. Thank you for my coffee, girl. I seriously appreciate your generosity and I hope your manager sees this! ❤️ And for Starbucks as a whole, you hire WONDERFUL employees! I’ve never not left without a great experience at the Stony...

I use to think they were really good, but the last 3 times I went they haven’t made my coffee the way I asked ( even though they repeated it back to me ) if you’re in the drive thru expect them to just made whatever you ask for a s quickly as possible. They don’t care if it’s how you asked. Also staff is getting rude at the window ! When I go inside they make my order perfectly ! So idk what the deal is BUT IM NOT GOING BACK! 3rd time having to throw my coffee away because it was basically just hot milk w a shot. I never have left a negative...
