Everyone who came into our house were unbelievably professional and hardworking throughout the 6-month + project. Lynn was always available via text, phone or email to answer any questions or give us updates along the way. We were especially impressed by the patience of the gentlemen working in our house when explaining how our new system worked. They took their time answering all of our questions and would not leave until WE could show THEM that we knew how to use all the technology. We had such an easy great experience with Bethesda systems. Our project was to install Lutron shades in our family room for a home theater experience.

Selecting the shades, the style and the fabric could not have been easier, and our sales representative, Christina, was fantastic.

The installer, Gino, has been with the company for a very long time and really knows his components and nailed the measurements.

Everything arrived weeks early. Gino was able to schedule an install immediately. The install only took a few hours.

3/21/25: Dave (Escandon?) came to address the 3/20/25 evening failure of both our Verizon systems to provide TV, with each giving the same error message. Our landline was operating normally. Dave worked with diligence and skill, concluding the problem was in our set top boxes. He called Verizon tech support and gave them the error message code. In a short time with brief conversation, Verizon took an action that fixed both STBs and we were back to normal.
