I made an appointment to get a gel pedicure this afternoon and it was by far the worst experience ever. The only upside was that the manager allowed me to pay through Venmo. The lady who did my gel pedicure was Kathy and she was mean. I went with a friend who could attest that I’m not exaggerating. Asking anything would immediately bother her, I asked for her to check for ingrown nails and that was such a hassle for her. Moments later I asked if she could buff my feet more she got upset. I felt so uncomfortable and didn’t say anything else to her. After not speaking, she rushed through the whole pedicure. I noticed the lady doing my friends toes was so much nicer and didn’t rush. I started my toes after my friend and my toes were finished before hers. It was honestly such an awful and uncomfortable experience. It’s so unfortunate because I live across the street and now don’t feel comfortable going back. I don’t think that’s fair because I’m paying, it’s not free and to be treated terribly is not right. That’s what you call terrible customer service. Nail salons should not make customers feel like this. I will be sure to share this with my coworkers because no one should...
Read moreI had the most incredible experience at Nail Design Bethesda! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The salon is clean, stylish, and welcoming—exactly the kind of environment you want when you're treating yourself.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is Teresa, the amazing owner. She’s not only highly skilled and meticulous in her work, but she also genuinely cares about her clients. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered expert suggestions, and delivered a manicure that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, the precision, and the flawless finish—everything was perfect!
Whether you're going for a simple, elegant look or something more creative, Teresa and her team deliver with excellence and over time. I left feeling pampered, polished, and already excited to return. Highly recommend Nail Design Bethesda to anyone looking for top-tier nail care and...
Read moreI walked in asking for a polish change (because the woman said 30 minutes wasn’t nearly long enough for a manicure). The woman took off half my existing polish on one hand before letting me know that I could only pay in cash if it wasn’t at least $15. When I told her I didn’t have cash, she told me she couldn’t do my nails and I had to leave. I said she could just charge me $15. She said no she couldn’t do that and I had to leave. She then made a sarcastic comment while I was walking out. She was incredibly rude and I would never, ever come here or encourage anyone else to do so. I ended up going down the street to Tips to Toes. They had me in and out in 10 minutes and were super nice, and did an...
