Dream Boyd Theatre — Local services in Bethlehem

I'm a resident of Dream Boyd Theater. As a resident I want to be clear in saying that Dream Boyd does an excellent job at providing value for the rent we pay. Is it on the higher end of rents in Bethlehem? Yes, it is. Do renters receive a high return in amenities, location and comfort for that price? Unequivocally YES. After looking at a number of other higher end apartments in Bethlehem, I chose Dream Boyd Theater for the simple fact that residents receive more for their money here than other comparable properties.

Amenities include: a beautiful pool and pool deck, a separate outdoor patio deck with excellent patio furniture, grills, and relaxing spaces, a fun and functional indoor theater, a great gym, awesome shared kitchen and living spaces on the main level, pool table and shuffle board, dog washing room, resident secured storage spaces, a parking garage, locking bike storage, and a location you simply cannot beat.

The quality and luxury of the building, the responsiveness of the management, the location right next to "The Best Main-Street in the USA", the excellent follow-through by the maintenance team, the wide and varied array of value-add amenities all make this, in my opinion, the nicest apartment complex for the money in...

There are so many great things to say about living Boyd! Since moving in in November, watching all the pieces of this new apartment building come together has just been amazing! The amenities are beautiful and there really isn’t a day or night that goes by where you won’t find a friendly face to connect with while enjoying the shared community spaces.

One thing that also sets this community apart is the staff, and especially a shout out to Sam! The entire team is absolutely fantastic, no doubt, but since moving here he has been really proactive in making connections with the residents and helping foster new friendships among the existing and new residents. Whether he is giving us recommendations for what to do in the area, or introducing us to the community using his connections as a local outside of Boyd, he has made the transition to living in Bethlehem an extremely warm and welcoming experience. It tremendous asset to anyone who is moving and might be more anxious during a new move!

Wow! I've never had such a easy time finding somewhere to live. Sam made it really easy from start to finish. My wheelchair was in need of repair and I was struggling to take a look in person and Sam personally help me find a good fit based on my needs and we were able to wrap things up in pretty much 24 hours! All my questions were answered and we did a zoom call where we toured multiple Apartments and he even showed me the whole Space and wow, it is more like a luxury spa than an apartment. It seems like such a good place for community, it's got so many cool features like the swimming pool and movie theater, and gorgeous skyline, and you can't beat the location and awesome history!!! Sam was really helpful and responded really quickly. He was really up front with all the necessary information and helped make it really easy to set up utilities. He make sure my disability accommodations were put in right away so they can get started with that first thing! Honestly everything fell into place so easily it really feels meant to be.
