After looking for a new picture framer due to my original framer moving out of the Lehigh Valley, I was on the hunt for a new framer. I came across Girl On The Hill. It's close to my home, and got great reviews, so I am going to try them. This is my first time dealing with this picture framer. I dropped off my print an hour before writing this review, so I will be updating this review once I get my finished product. I'm giving them 5 stars for now, due to the great customer service I had upon drop off of print. They were very friendly, professional, and open to my suggestions, as well as helping me decide on matting and picture frame style. They worked with me through the entire decision process. I can't wait to see the finished product. Stay tuned for my review update. Framing will be complete in 2+ weeks.......UPDATE I forgot to update my original post after work was complete. I have to add the final work picture, but in the mean time, they did a phenomenal job! Better than expected. The mat and frame work was perfect. Read moreCame in GotH Framing without doing much research beforehand, which is much unlike me. How much could there really be to know about framing paintings? A lot, it turns out, and thankfully Dawn seems to know literally all of it. She explained everything in an easy to understand way, made sure I was aware of all my options, and was upfront about pricing for each of them. Ended up going with the simpler stretching option pictured here. She gave me a very reasonable estimate for the completion of both paintings, and got the job done WAY ahead of schedule. My only disappointment has been in myself putting off this review for so long. I'll be back the next time I purchase art for my place (hopefully not too much later this year), and won't go anywhere else as long as I'm living in Bethlehem....

PER the reply - they initiated a conversation when I told them I would take longer to pay the second half of my order, in the rudest way... then on another call they told me they would throw away my work if I didn't pay by a certain date. I'm sure the well wishes are empty. Just like when I made half the payment initially and treated well; during those moments. They also acted like it would be ok to take long picking it up, since they made it clear how long they would take. Which was a lie. Good reasoning for being rude and off beat though? Still doesn't explain the rude...
