I went to Dedicated Senior services on March 4,2022.I waited two hours before being seen and Dr.Compere didn’t show any concern about my medical health.After seeing Dr.Peter Bee diagnosed me with neonatal lupus arthritis. I asked for another Opinion about my condition and was refused. I asked for referral and that was also refused. I filed a complaint with Medicare against dedicated senior service.Waiting for a reply. It's a great little clinic. Every one is very respectful and kind. They remember your name and acknowledge you when you come for an appointment. Never long wait time in waiting area. The facility is very clean, with sanitizer and lotions everywhere. Most everything you need is there. Blood work exrays medicine you name it. They call to remind you of appointments and offer transportation. Believe me when I say they will literally come get you if necessary. No problem getting appointment. If you are not feeling well, they would prefer you come to the clinic not wait in the ER for how long. It's worth a visit just to see how...

Better f/u when labs are completed, give appointments sooner when canceled for reasons initiated by dedicated and not by me the patient. To not be scheduled for a whole month later is utterly ridiculous!!! And the inconsistency to have changes in assigned pc's. In addition it also seems to me that the pc's have not taken the time to familiarize themselves with my entire medical history. I have arrived at that conclusion from responses I have gotten from questions that I have asked.
