I can't imagine getting music stuff anywhere else, over the course of two years I was in and out of the store looking at 12-string guitars. To be honest for the longest time they were outside of my budget. However I was never treated poorly when I would ask questions about the instrument and not purchase it. So when I had saved up the money I needed to get the guitar I could think of no other place to get it. And myself unaware of the time wander into the store only 15-20 minutes to closing. Now these guys make sure that your guitar is completely ready for you when you buy it have it set the strings tuned everything a new guitarist could want. And so when I went in to pick out a guitar the staff was yet again friendly even though they were getting ready to close up for the day helped me pick out a new guitar that had just come in so it wasn't set to their standards and instead of being frustrated or just ushering me out the door. They gave me a new set of strings and said that they if I were to come back they would put the strings on the guitar at no charge. They also made sure that I had a strap pin in the guitar and a strap. Know if this isn't customer service I don't know what it is. I will always send people to this store for...
Read moreIf I could rate this store a 0 I would. The customer service was horrible I even got yelled at by the manager. I bought a guitar there 2 days ago and when I brought it home it was the wrong kind for my son. I then went back 2 days later to return it, and get a refund to be put on my card. They did not want to refund me. The offered me a store credit, which to my surprise I didnt want. In the the store there was nowhere on the receipt or anywhere in the store or counter did it say anything about refunds and the procedures for the refunds. The store manager/ owner came up to me and started yelling and being very demanding and belittling me. He said if I want a refund he is charging me a 16% fee to take the guitar back as a “restocking fee”. I asked why a fee as I didn’t see any signage for fees or store credits anywhere. His voice turned to be very argumentative and belittling. I decided to give him what he wanted, the 60$(fee) and the guitar too. I will never be back due to how I was treated.
