As someone else stated a few months ago DO NOT buy vapes from this location. My husband and i went in Sunday and he bought a vape, went home, later in the night opened it and it was not working. On Monday evening he went back in and explained what happened and that he was not given a receipt but would just like to have one that works. Was told by the girl they only have a 15 minute exchange policy. Tried to tell the girl that it wasnāt even opened till later in the night and she said sorry store policy. Unfortunately he didnāt see that stated in the store and wanted to ask where it was stated or for a receipt that maybe says the policy but the girl actually walked away without a word and refused to acknowledge him until he just left the store. She actually stared at the wall and cases so that she wouldnāt have to do her job, make eye contact and help a customer understand why they wonāt do anything about it. I totally get no refund but at least stand behind your product and offer an exchange. Tell people that they have 15 minutes to make an exchange if you are not going to stand behind it. And most importantly give people a receipt when they check out. This place has went down in customer service and quality since we moved here in 2018. Maybe train your employees to have empathy and to talk to customers. I see the last person was given a phone number that didnāt work so is it worth it to try and talk to a manager or customer service?

The guy that works in there is SUPER nice and seems pretty legit and knowledgeable! They have a variety of products. I usually go for the vape pens and juice but I like to look around if I have the time. Would actually like to see about possibly selling some of my own art in here as I appreciate the fact they have local artists that blow some of the glass instead of outsourcing the cheap stuff online from a different country.
