Ordered online but the website glitched because it said my order would be ready in an hour but three hours later I went to town so decided to stop in and see if even partial of my order was ready. Turns out the website didn’t actually order some of my parts however the items they did have on hand they gave me and put in an order for the parts the website hadn’t ordered.

They went above and beyond when I was told to return at a later date because my items were ready and I could only carry some of it and was planning to walk back in for a second armful but one of them came walking out with it so I didn’t have to go back in. I really appreciated the extra hands carrying things to my truck.

My battery died while spending a night in Big Spring, and the next morning was Labor Day, but thankfully O'Reilly Auto Parts was open. I had tried going to AutoZone, but they were lazy and wouldn't help me. O'Reilly came to the rescue and I was able to purchase a battery there and Garrett installed it for me, despite being difficult and taking quite some time. Garrett is AWESOME and went above and beyond the call of duty for O'Reilly and really helped me and the misses out of a jam. Because of him, we were able to safely get back home to El Paso that day and he relieved the anxiety that hit Sunday night when the battery died and we had no idea how we were going to resolve it. Sent my daughter to your store for second opinion on jeep failure to start. Autozone had checked her battery and said it was 100% but since the jeep had to be boosted, she needed a starter. She called me and I told her that didn’t sound right. Your clerk checked her battery, found a bad cell, replaced the battery. She drove back to Lubbock with no issues. Autozone had tried to upsell her a starter knowing that in the end she would also have to purchase a battery. Your staff was honest, efficient, and helpful.
