I chose to go to this place because I was told on the phone they had 20 different kinds of bratwursts. I get there and they didn’t have anywhere near that many, I think there was 2 kinds. I was looking for like Hawaiian, jalepeno cheddar, mushroom and Swiss. Anyways I was there already so I went with what they had. I took in elk and mule deer burger made perfectly clear what I wanted from each. They called to come pick up and I noticed they were all labeled what was in the package but not which was elk and which was mule deer. I asked them about it and they just said o yea we don’t do that, we just mix big batches and distribute it by weight. So now I have mule deer elk and who knows what else summer sausage, brats, and pepper sticks. They should have told me that when I drop it off and specifically told them what I wanted from each and I would have done it myself or taken it somewhere else. I’m very disappointed in the...

I am quite disappointed in the service received from these people. The only positive I would say is the quickness of the order completion. It took about a week. Moreover, I shot nearly a 180 pound buck and received back 40 pounds back. I contacted the company about the concerns I had and they refused to care. The lady cared mostly about defending her position rather than the concerns of the customer. She tried to relay to me that my big deer had only 3 ounces of tenderloin. When looking at the deer prior to dropping it off I noticed the tenderloins were good sized. I let her know that unfortunately because of their service we would chose to process with someone else. So was just called about my deer being ready. Was prompted to take my deer to them by family. Bill was a bit high. But had to donate my deer to food bank due to false advertising on days open. Was told by business that they weren't going to be open on Saturday as advertised electronically and on their flyer. And only way to get my deer would be to pay them an extra $100 on top of billl to pay there electric bill to keep cooler running. What happened to customers being right.
