AT&T Store — Local services in Birmingham

Not an AT&T Store - privately owned. Staff do not know about products they are selling. Try to push products a customer doesn't want. After relating poor customer service I had received I was told I was being rude. Then proceeded to tell me to leave "her store'. This was not a manager and I am an Android person - tried to push an iPhone on me and then an orange cased Samsung I wanted in black. When asked if she could check the availability of a black one at another store she rolled her eyes and proceeded to give someone with a dead cellphone a phone number.

A male member of staff gave me a bogus business card of a manager that doesn't exist with a number on it no longer in service. Basically there is no way to complain to management.

The female staffer continually talked over the other two associates asking questions even though they were helping other customers. When asked how many megapixel - her reply was what is a megapixel?

Even though I had been waiting 30 minutes on my return to store this associate took another customer over me while I went to restroom.

There is a real AT&T store in Trussville 10 minutes away so don't waste your time at this...

The lady that works on there is the biggest liar juat so happen i have AT&T Internet and had to have a tech come to my house today found out she been scamming my son talking about he has to go on a buisness acct for is cell service and got his bill so high because she needed to meet her quota for the month well he is fixing us up to get him switched over to consumer i knew she was a scammer cause he doesnt have a buisness so why would he need a buisness account you been busted little girl! Never again will we ever come back in your store and will let everyone know you are not trustworthy at all PERIOD......... MY SON ONLY 19 AND I HOPE U CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING WHAT...

The worth customer service in the WORLD. The salesperson and management. Walked in the store to upgrade a phone. The salesperson giving bad information and got mad because she was wrong. Ask for manager and he stated her grandmother just passed I should be understanding. Plus she decided to stay at work and he didn’t have anyone else to do the job. I have been a AT&T customer since 1996 and the service today just ended my service with AT&T. Manager stated I have too many boxes to look through so I don’t know what or if we have any IPhone to sale. I refuse to give them one cent more of my money. If management is just as bad as his employees this store want last....
