Heaven Cent Thrift — Local services in Center Point

My aunt purchased a desk and I called for her to let them know she wasn't able to pick the desk up.However, I called to confirm the pickup for tomorrow due to the weather.However, I get told they sold the desk and no refund will be due stating they called last week but it was no call nor did the person say anything about it when called.I asked to speak to the manager he talks over my aunt then says no refund store credit take it or leave it, then hangs up in my aunt face.As my aunt calls back and ask the person's name she was speaking to a man kept saying don't worry about it.Poor customer service and what's sad this Thrift store isn't non profit and it shows especially when they are benefitng from people not paying their storage bills and selling their items then reselling twice to customers that can't pickup in 3 days even when a customer stated to them and they stated fine.Bad Customer Service and there's nothing Heaven about this store...

There is nothing Heavenly about this dirty place the they call a thrift store clothes is very nasty in there there . Also they have were you can buy the kids clothes at 99 cent but when I went to buy some good looking coats I guess the cashier didn’t like the price I was pressing for them that they put on there and told me all the prices was wrong then they would have to reprocess them and the lady would do it at 4 that day ok not you wanna go up on the prices? So I decided to come back to look at the coats the guy still has a attitude and said the lady wasn’t done repricing them she could give me a call. I’m not about to beg yall to take my money not only about to allow y’all to price gauge ish in my face because you feel like I should pay more that what y’all priced it for. I didn’t even know they had video games until I visited a few times, they’re very hard to see and you can’t even see what they have without asking for each individual tub, it’s very inconvenient, I hope you put them in a display case or something so I can see what you have without asking a cashier. Also, it’s almost impossible for me to look at your VHS tapes and DVD’s for the huge washing machines blocking the way. Every now and then when I go I might find something interesting.
