This place is horrible. They changed my move in date three different times; I found out by calling them, they never called me to let me know. When I expressed my concern I was met with a stern attitude. When I moved in ROACHES were everywhere my first night there. I was and still am MORTIFIED. They send matinence people to your house to break the ac in the dead of summer just so they can come inside to see who all lives there and if you have any pets. They tried to charge me for my emotional support animals that I gave them the paperwork that I’m legally required to give. I’ve asked to be put on the permanent pest control list FOUR times pest control is supposed to come every week. I’ve been here eight months and have seen the pest lady three times. My car was stolen! When I went to the leasing office to ask about the cameras I was met with an attitude BECAUSE THEIR CAMERAS DONT WORK. The guy who stole my car lives across the street and is friends with the maintenance man. This place in reality is a joke. I was charged for valet trash and NEVER received a trash can and haven’t received a refund. The maintenance people don’t respect your house. My best friend asked him to wait so he could put my dog up before he came in and the guy opened the door and came in anyways. When they messed with my air conditioning it was 80 degrees in my house for almost 2 weeks. I’ve seen people who moved here move out because of the ac thing. The people in the office NEVER contacted the detective after getting the “camera footage back” the gate is almost always open on one side. Gnats in the walls, drains, microwave, fridge, and oven. ( I bleach my house everyday to no avail. I can’t wait until my lease is up. Moving my date 3 times after accepting my deposit was a sign this place was trash. Also cars get stolen from here often. These apartments are falling apart and the property is not doing anything about it. My daughter has been putting in maintenance request and nothing is being done. My Grandbaby lives in this unit with her and this isn’t good for either one of our health. The ceilings are leaking and the sink is stopped up. The A/C doesn’t not work you can have it on and the apartment does not cool off. They have a bucket sitting under the water heater because of the leaking from everywhere. You run water in the left side of the sink and it backs up in the right. I have attached picture to show you just how this property have there tenants living. I will be sending these picture to HUD, the attorney general’s office and legal aid and tenants right organization. This is a violation of the tenants rights act. My daughter has reported these issues several times and nothings been done about it. They want her to pay on time and be a good tenant, but they don’t want to take care of any issues. This is unacceptable and will be dealt with accordingly if the issues are not resolved.

No need to get on here and lie like those weren’t current picture of her apartment. Those are not renovation pictures and you know that. I spoke with a guy who said he was the manager and I’m pretty sure that’s who responded to the review. He had the NASTIES ATTITUDE TO CALL HIMSELF A MANAGER!!! Believe the reviews and only move here if you have to because this is nothing but the projects for people who make too much money to actually live in the projects. It’s a new company and everything is going downhill! They randomly turn the water off and doesn’t give a notice until the water has already been turned off first it was a leak they were fixing now it’s due to some kind of vandalism. Maybe if the cameras worked you would know who’s doing what but anywhooo The gate is always broken, the floors in the apartments have weak in spots , haven’t had pest control in months even though we are paying for it, we no longer have valet trash, the landscaper’s will cut grass and leave it all over the cars and the sidewalks, FedEx will not deliver packages because they don’t want to walk the stairs (FYI) and it’s starting to look like a Lowe’s distribution center with so many Lowe’s trucks parked out here. It’s been car break ins and all kinds of people standing outside being loud at night. The stairs in some of the buildings need to be inspected and the walkways need to be pressure washed because they have black mold and The wood on the balconies are starting to come apart.
