Knowledgeable service, but time management might be an issue. We didn't appreciate waiting in town for several hours only to find out at the end of the day the job couldn't be finished as promised. We even forwent my car install so all the time could be spent on our other vehicle. Being that we live 90 minutes outside of Bismarck, we will have to finish the remainder of the job ourselves and order the additional component left out. Again, knowledgeable service and nice enough, but poor time management may cause issues. We would have felt better if they would have been upfront about the issue instead of waiting until the end of the day to call and tell us it wasn't finished. No compensation or discounts offered for the inconvenience. Being they are the 'best of the best' I think they could have done better for the price we paid for the...

If i could give this place a no star i would. Im from houston tx just moved here and bought a car had them put in a pioneer bloothe toothe radio took them 2 hours they charge 75 an hour i ended up paying 135 for just a radio installation, i had a radio just like this put in three differnt cars in the past never paid more then 45 dollars ...this place is a scam they wouldnt let me go back to see the progress of the installation, prolly cuz they charge by the hour and they were taking there time....they got me good...i asked the guy why it was taking so long he said the installation tech had 30 years experience, yeah right they were racking up the hours...do not go here i warned you, if you disregard this post i wish you the best and good luck on...

After having my vehicle serviced my starter on my remote starter stopped working and was told to go here to have it fixed. when I walked in one of the employees used "rape" in a joke which I thought was pretty inappropriate, but then they kept my truck to diagnose the problem. After a couple of hours I got a ride back and was charged $60 for labor and was told the module was out and need to be replaced for $120. Mad for being charged so much I said no, and I went home looked up a manual on the remote and learned it was in valet mode and now works just like it used to, seems like a scam to me I'll stop anyone I can from doing...
