I have seen and talked to Maggie over the years at the gym and even attended some of her fitness classes. I decided to have Maggie be my personal trainer for a month and it was definitely worth it. In addition to the training I also did the Megfit meal plan for one month. It was so worth it as my meals were planned for me and i knew exactly what I was going to eat. It did not matter the time of day just so I was getting the correct meal plan.
