Taco Del Mar — Restaurant in Bismarck

I placed an online order. I walked in a few minutes after placing the order and was asked if I placed the online order. I said I did and was told they were working on it. The food was made perfectly, the staff was very friendly and thorough, and the restaurant was clean. They went through the order with me to make sure everything was there. I greatly appreciate the great service and food! It was my first time going here in a good 10 years and first time having a burrito bowl from here, and I was very surprised with how great everything was! This is my new favorite place to go for my burrito bowl fix! My kids loved their burritos as well! The chips and queso were also very good, but I do wish they would give more queso with the chips. we just ate here today (1/25) and the one man working was extremely rude. as soon as we walked up the the counter he immediately started laughing at us for no reason. everything we said he laughed at us. (we were being funny we were ordering food). while we were paying for our order. we were going through the machine and it gave an option to tip and he proceeded to laugh at us again and yell “THE BUTTON RIGHT THERE JENNIFER.” with so much attitude for no reason. don’t know who jennifer is but that’s what he called us while paying? will not be coming back if that’s how we will get treated by an employee. food was good but the service we were treated with made...

Sad that one bad apple can ruin the bunch. The women operating the tortilla press is unfriendly and unsanitary. She acts annoyed to see me every time I go in there. She was wearing gloves but that doesnt matter when she rest's the tortilla on her bare forearm. Completely disgusted. We dont know what lotions, perfume, or toilet spray is on her forearm. The food is sub par. Pre-packaged pre-cooked ingredients..the carne asade is the same quality as you'd get at taco bell really.
