Definitely the worst service I have ever had. Working in the restaurant for 5 years and have never felt more disrespected. We ordered fajitas for 2. Listed on the menu for 34.99. When we got the bill it was listed as 37.99. Owner explained that it was listed on the white board that “prices may vary due to covid” we didn’t see that very small writing til after we already ate and it was not specified how much it would vary either. That is false advertising on top of poor service for not mentioning that when we ordered off the menu. We also asked twice for a water that never came. Then having one small side plate of rice and beans “for 2 people” when the amount only would be enough for 2 tacos. Then waiting 20 minutes for the servers attention to get another plate, a box and water. After we got the plate and extra shells we asked for, we then got the bill. They charged 60 dollars for total of fajitas for 2 and a margarita and adding 6 dollars for the extra plate we asked for and 1.50 for the extra shells. We then checked the menu realizing that the fajitas were priced 3 dollars more than what the menu said, 6 dollars for the plate that barely had enough for one person and 10 dollars for a margarita. We talked to the owner, and discussed our concerns. He responded very rudely saying that’s how he pays his employees and only offering to take 1 dollar off. The service and response was very unprofessional and very slow. Food overpriced. The food was good but would never go back to be treated like that. Took advantage of you g college kids and...
Read moreThanks for the beans and rice, there was about a mouthful of each item. I’ve ordered twice that’s how I know you barely give any beans or rice. I repeat there is about a bite of both rice and bean. They give you a mouthful of bean and rice each. I repeat, give more beans and rice, more than a mouthful, this is why people don’t give tips, I’ve tipped both times by the way, and for my tip I received a mouthful of beans and rice. Hey, if I order beans and rice, do I get a reasonable amount, or literally a bite of each? Beans and rice are literally some of the cheapest ingredients out there, so just give amounts that an adult would eat, an ADULT. Adults eat more than one bite of rice and one bite of beans. I’m ordering this place again cuz it’s good but trust me I already know I’m going to get basically no rice or beans even tho it’s supposed to come with my order. Watch I’m going to order a meal and get a kid sized version of rice and beans I can almost guarantee that based off my previous two orders where I got a mouthful of rice and beans even tho I didn’t ask for a kids meal version. GIVE PEOPLE THE AMOUNT OF RICE AND BEANS THAT THEY PAID AND TIPPED FOR! ESPECIALLY WHEN I MADE AN ONLINE ORDER, CHILDREN DONT MAKE ONLINE ORDERS BECUASE THEY CANT, SO GIVE ME ENOUGH RICE AND BEANS TO FEED AN ADULT. RICE AND BEANS ARE CHEAP, THERE IS PLENTY OF STEAK ON MY TACOS BUT THERE ARE A MOUTHFUL OF BEANS A RICE. HEY, WHEN I ORDER BEANS AND RICE ITS FOR AN ADULT SO DONT BE STINGY AND GIVE ME AN AMOUNT OF RICE AND BEANS THAT A TODDLER...
Read moreI came here about last month looking for the Mexican grocery store, La Tejanas who moved its location awhile, since i needed to look for a specific grocery item. I asked if they knew where they were located, only for them to tell me that they had no idea were they were at, and tried to get me to buy food and what ever Mexican candy they had. I had left out the door as i felt the pressure of them trying to get me to order something off there menu. I drove down more of 12th st, and found La Tejanas about a few building down, to get what i needed, and conversated with the people who run it, about what i experienced down the street with this Mexican eatery, and was told that they do it a lot to people looking for there location, since they know were the location is at, but dont want people to go La Tejana, because of competition. The lady at La Tejana was really nice and helped me found what i needed for a certain dish i had made at home for Christmas. This is very wrong for this business to do this to another, and mostly during the covid pandemic when small local business are trying to survive. I have asked around with other Mexican restaurants and other people about this establishment, and was told that LaEnchilada does this to other Mexican food locations located in this city. As much as i love supporting local business in Bismarck, to keep the dollars local, i plan on never visiting this place or ordering food from them after they were not honest when i asked were one place was at, and acted dirty...
