Ordered Christmas gifts on December 10, 2024 and still have not received my packages. Owner would never provide the tracking number but told me on January 3, 2025 that the packages were returned and she sent them back out again. On January 13, 2025 I reached out for tracking number or a refund and was told the package was delivered. Again i requested the tracking number and still haven’t received it. What is so hard about providing the customer with the tracking number of their package? Guess I have to count this as a loss. But this is definitely why people don’t like supporting small businesses.
Update… Owner reached out and stated she filed a claim with UPS for the missing package and finally provided a “tracking number”.. The tracking number has been invalid in UPS system for a week and owner has stopped responding. DO NOT USE...
