The Dog Shop — Local services in Blacksburg

We took our Siberian husky to be grommed and desheded yesterday, as we walked up to the building the sign said be back at 8:15 it was 8:14 we walked home which is about 8 minutes away and walked back and still no one was there we then sat at the building until 9 walked back home and tried to call to get an appointment and it wouldn't work. No one answering the phone today. If your gonna be closed, at least put a sign up on the doors bc people walking around that are new here don't know. I refuse to take mine or anyone else's pets to this unprofessional business they claim they have. If the sign says open at 8 or be back at 815 at least give urself some extra time to get back, or change ur hours. Need to go online to change your hours from 8-9 bc y'all have been close the last 3 days. If I could I would give this place a -5 stars. Not...

The people were very friendly and excellent with the animals. The grooming was the best my dog has had, ever... And she's been getting groomed for 14yrs. The prices were reasonable and they have lots of different services to choose from like de-shedding, nails clipped, washing, styling... Many different cuts to choose from as well. I look forward to going back...

Great with all of my dogs i have 3. My lab is very anxious when she go in the car and to different places but they are so good and gentle with her it make me so happy. I love how they do their work and it shows howuch they care about their clients....
