He sent me a defective computer, did not list the computer did not have an operating system so it did not even work, and the computer even has a purple halo around the screen. I was gone for 3 weeks traveling, and they denied the return even though it was only 2 days after the return period and the item was clearly defective. I sent them all photos showing it, and they would not take it back and they are a computer repair company....
