Average pizza. no "wow" factor. I ordered 16" regular pepperoni pizza (pickup special at $13.99) 1 side of Buddy sauce. 1/2 jojo

Before anything, 1 employee was NOT wearing any mask at all while the other was wearing it as a chin strap. Dont order from here if you want safety.

First time ordering from here, For the price, I don't see myself being a repeat customer. You can get the same size pizza with with more topping MUCH cheaper at Dominos (Large 3 topping for $7.99 pickup special) that tastes slightly better OR you can get Carbones (Large 1 topping $12.99 with coupon) that does have a "WOW" factor when it comes to their pizza sauce.

The jojo's were also average with no "wow" factor

The buddy sauce taste just like pizza sauce with little to no difference.

If you want cheaper pizza or something with a "wow" factor, I would order elsewhere.

I messed up entering my billing address when ordering and twice my card was charged but my order did not go through so I called the store and I was very upset (I was charged twice for a $74 order) The lady I spoke with, and I wish I could remember her name, really talked me down. She explained to me what happened and that my money would be refunded to my bank in a couple business days. She took my order on the phone and my pizza (which is ALWAYS hot and delicious) was delivered with a quickness! The driver was so nice and we chatted about cats. Anyway the pizza is always great, but I usually order online so I don’t get to have a customer service experience. This time I did and it was awesome! The food was decent, although the salad dressing was bland and the marinara was ice cold. The real problem was that the manager or owner or whoever the guy in the back with dumb hair was was snappy and rude to the other staff for no reason. We had a question about the menu, they asked him and he snapped the answer at them from the back. When we came to pick up our order apparently there was some mistake that resulted in us getting half a salad portion too much AND a second salad dressing (to go with 2 salads) he snapped at staff over the mistake and made snide comments about us getting things for free right in front of us. It was extremely unprofessional and the other staff looked uncomfortable and embarrassed by his attitude in front of customers.
