Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Blaine

Let me say first, how greatful I am for all the big smiles and cheerful welcomes I get from the staff. However, I am a frequent customer, probably 3x a week. I have been so disappointed and just let down with the quality and end product we have been given. We order a very simple drink in my opinion. A xl turtle mocha cooler, with no whip cream, but still want the candy topping, Caribou boosted green tea lemonade, with flat water.

Every single time we have visited this location the order is wrong. Every single time there's whip cream. I do not like whip cream, therefore, I order it without. They usually just scrape it off and leave me a nasty whip cream crust in there. Which let's be honest, ruins the taste for me. Non the less. The crew needs more training. This needs to get better. It's not only inconvenient but really money just flushed down the toilet. When I ask them to make it right, I'm met with a big frown and bad attitude. I'm not trying to be a pain. I just really love my special drinks and that's why I visit. Please make this...

Im only writing this review because the drive thru barista was so incompetent this morning. I provided my perks # to use my comp beverage. I ordered 2 drinks. She tried to charge me full price at the window. I told her I had a reward, and than she asks me if I gave my rewards # at the window, as if I wasn’t speaking to her at the window two seconds ago?? The drive thru wasn’t even busy. Anyways she gets my number again and comps the other beverage. As I pull away I realize my mocha was a large. I go to the walk up window to tell her to remake it to a small. I ordered a small specifically for the ratio of the milk, chocolate, and espresso. I can tell she wasn’t listening because she goes and pours the drink I gave her in a small cup??? Sarah the store manager is very friendly and has awesome customer service! The service was super fast and her staff is always on top of things! I normally get a hot drink, but with the morning already being 69 degrees I thought I should have a cooler. I asked if I could have a decaf caramel cooler and she asked if she could use decaf cold press because she didn't have whatever else it would need to be decaf, I didn't care, I just need decaf because caffeine causes migraines for me.
