Naples Liquor — Local services in Blaine

I stopped by for the first, and last, time yesterday. I was looking for a specific brand of cider, spent 5 minutes looking all over the store on my own before asking the 1 employee on duty for help. He was in the middle of counting the cash in the register (I've been through extensive customer service training, and told never to do this with customers present... but, not my store, not my job, not my business)... I asked the employee if they carried that specific brand of cider. He waved his hand, motioning in the general direction of where they keep the cider, said "we have stuff over there" and kept counting the register.

I wasn't opposed to buying something else but thanks to the wildly unhelpful employee, doing the very least... I left empty-handed and...

Good selection. I go to this store on my way home from work. Everytime I go in there I’m greeted politely by everyone, but on Saturday May 11th 2024. I walked in about 7pm and this big guy said “Hi, How’s it going?” I answered and he replied, he was living the dream. Funny stuff and everytime he is. I was waiting in line and notice a young lady just sitting there on her phone. While people were in line! It was very poor customer service.
