Menards is always my go-to for gardening supplies! They always have what I need including these tomato cages, raised bed, & lovely marigolds! Great selection of plants and supplies for all your garden needs. I frequent quite a few locations in the Twin Cities area and this one didn’t disappoint!

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. This time I got help cutting some blinds and help finding products to meet my needs. There is usually a wide selection of products and prices are always very competitive.

This is a great store but they are always busy. The employees are very helpful and if they don't know the answer they know who to ask. One problem is that every time I come here I find something else I didn't know I needed.

Really there were only 2 good parts of our visit to this Menards. The young man at the register was very friendly and nice with checking us out. All we had was a large rug which was approximately $300. The rug we wanted was the last one left and it didn't have any tag information on it. The cashier attempted to locate any numbers on the rug and we couldn't find any. Right away he turned on his light and rang the bell for assistance. While we waited, he was talkative and friendly. He had to reach out a few times before we actually got help. It took about 20 minutes. They didn't seem to be very busy so we didn't understand the wait and neither did the cashier. While my father waited at the checkout, we had one more task to take care of at guest services. I was looking to get a printout of all the activity on our business Menards account. When I got to the counter, the employee didn't even ask if I needed help, he just stood there until I asked him if he could help me. I was the only customer even around therandI explained to him exactly what I was looking for and he just told me that they didn't have the information and that I would need to contact Capital One. He even seemed annoyed that he had to help me in the first place. I explained to him that we already contacted capital one and they directed us to Menards stating they would be the only place to see what was purchased on the account. In a rude tone, the employee said that he worked there for 2 years and he knew they didn't have that information. I contacted capital one right in front of him and re verified that they didn't have the info and Menards did. Again the employee said they didn't have the info. At that point, I asked for a manager or someone else that could help because evidently he did not know how to help or how to even treat a customer. So now he asked if we had a business rep at that location. We said yes but couldn't remember their name since we really didn't anything since the account was opened many years ago. I asked him if he could look up who it was for us and again, he rudely told us he couldn't. So I asked him how we could get it and when. Then he told us that the business reps were only there during the week and until noon on Saturday. I don't understand why he wouldn't try to help at all unless I asked him a specific question and even then, he just continued telling us that he couldn't do anything to help. So I was going to walk away and just come back during the week and find someone else that was willing to try and help, and he saw an employee and yelled his name. I asked if this guy was a business rep and the guy at guest services didn't even answer me. I waited until the guy got to the register and asked him myself. He explained that he wasn't completely sure how to locate that information but was willing to take us over to see what info he could find. His name was Brian. He had great customer service skills. He went through and pulled up the account to take a look and see what he could help with. We were also able to see the information on the screen. All of us were looking. We couldn't find any options. Brian said there was someone that comes during the week that might know how to do it or know of a different system where it would be located. He gave us his business card and took our information down to contact us when he was able to find anything. He was very helpful and willing to help above and beyond. The employee at customer service today at approximately 4pm should not be in customer service at all. Even through his inability and unwillingness to help us, I stayed cheerful and friendly hoping for help. You always get further in life with sugar. Nothing would change this employee and I thought you should know about it. He will definitely cause problems with customers and if it wasn't for Brian, I wouldn't come back to your store because of the experience at...

If I must endure those cursed, vile, utterly abominable words—“Save big money at Menards”—one more time, I fear my very soul will shatter beneath the weight of such relentless torment. It is no longer a mere jingle to me, no fleeting annoyance to be dismissed with a shake of the head or a wave of the hand. No, this grotesque, insidious refrain has become my tormentor, an unyielding specter that haunts me at every turn, clawing its way into the sanctity of my mind and nesting there like a parasite. Its melody, falsely cheerful, is a poison that courses through my veins, leaving behind nothing but anguish and despair. Its hollow, saccharine tones mock me, gnawing away at the fragile threads of my sanity, until all that remains is an endless, maddening echo of its infernal cheer. I cannot escape it. There is no corner of the world, no sacred refuge, where its grip does not extend. It seeps into my life like an unstoppable tide, crashing against every barrier I erect in a futile effort to keep it out. In the aisles of the store, it assaults me, blaring from speakers as though it knows I cannot turn away. At home, it invades my peace, blaring through screens in cheerful ads that feign innocence while delivering their venom straight to my ears. Even in the silence of the night, when all should be still, it lingers, echoing in the darkest corners of my mind. I hear it in the rustle of the wind, in the hum of distant voices, in the faintest noise that dares to disturb the quiet. It is everywhere. It is everything. It has consumed me. What cruel, malevolent force birthed this monstrosity? What twisted soul decided that such a jingle should exist, and worse, that it should be inflicted upon the masses without mercy? Do they not know the havoc they have wrought, the suffering they have sown? Or worse, do they revel in it, laughing at the thought of countless lives driven to the brink by their insidious creation? I can bear it no longer. My mind, once strong, has become a fragile shell, cracking beneath the constant onslaught of this auditory plague. Each repetition is another hammer blow, another fissure spreading through my resolve. I am not a person anymore—I am a prisoner, shackled to the unholy refrain, unable to think, to breathe, to live without hearing its wretched song. It has taken everything from me, leaving behind only the crushing weight of despair. And so, I stand at the edge of madness, staring into the abyss, knowing there is only one way to escape. If I hear it again—if those accursed words reach my ears even once more—I will have no choice but to act. Like van Gogh, I will take the blade to my own ears, severing them from my head in a desperate bid to find peace. I will endure the pain, the blood, the loss, if it means I might silence this unrelenting torment once and for all. I will offer my ears as a sacrifice to the gods of silence, praying that they grant me the one thing I crave above all else: freedom. Imagine it: the quiet. A silence so profound, so unbroken, that it would feel like a balm to my weary soul. No more jingle. No more torment. Just peace—pure, blessed peace. Let the world continue to hum that cursed tune if it must. Let others suffer its tyranny. But not me. Never again. I will reclaim my life, my thoughts, my sanity, even if it means spilling my own blood to do so. And when the deed is done, when the blade has done its work and my ears lie silent and lifeless beside me, I will smile. I will smile because I will know that I am free. Free from the endless refrain. Free from the haunting melody. Free from the infernal words that have plagued me for so long. Free, at last, from the torment of “Save big money at Menards.” Let the world keep it—I want no part of it. I will find peace, even if I must carve it from the depths of...

BEWARE OF KATHY and her discriminatory attitude.. she gave me a hateful look as soon as I walked in- didn’t acknowledge me or even asked if she could help me and then proceeded to harshly and hurriedly process my return so I wouldn’t be in her presence anymore. Total disgust on her face as I walked up to do a return. So I bought some tulip flowers from Menards for Mother’s Day- I read wrong and I thought they were solar. Well they weren’t. I had never bought anything from Menards online so I don’t know anything about their return policy or even what they do at the store when you pick up. Well when I picked up here the cashier chased me as I was leaving to show her my receipt. She yanked it and took it. I had no idea that was something they did. Well any ways come to today when I want to return the item because I finally saw that they were not solar. I go in there and a nice young lady is beginning to help me out. She beggins to explain to me what the process is like and that I need a copy of my emailed receipt after I let her know that the cashier had torn off the receipt well as I am speaking to this young lady this other lady (who way at the end come to find out is names Kathy) comes over and takes my invoice form the counter with a bitter bad hateful attitude and goes to a computer and is messing around with my order. The young lady is asking me information and trying to show me the process when I finally get my receipt pulled up- here comes this Kathy lady oh you got it ok. Then the young lady goes and tells me that it will be 25% stocking fee for special orders items unless the manager uses his discretion and waves it. Here is Kathy calculating everything already. The young lady goes to pick up the phone to call the manager and Kathy goes and says “just do it it’s $4 dollar stocking fee” never looking at me … not once did she ask me if it was ok to proceed just wanted to charge me and wanted to go over the actual general manager so I asked I repeat to them that it would be $4 to return my $16 dollar purchase? And Kathy says yes. I’m like ok what would the manger say? I am the manager says this Kathy and then just stands there with this discriminatory stance .. so I leave with my purchases feeling completely violated . I don’t mind losing $16 but my dignity I will keep so I am here letting you guys know to be aware of this Kathy lady working here. Never have I ever felt this way at this Menards or any Menards. I called the manager and let him know everything but I know they won’t do anything to her. So I am letting y’all know about the policy and about KATHY! Be careful unless you want to...
