BEST CLAW PLACE IN THE CITIES. Good management. Nice people. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the gentlemen who I assume is the owner. (Name was like Mai, but I don’t think it’s spelled like that.) He was very nice and welcoming. Explained the process to us and I’m assuming due to the amount of coins I purchased ($300+), he threw in a few extra.
The kids loved each and every stuffy in the machines. Most places have cheap and only trade in stuffies but not this place. It was very hard for the kids to even want to give away their stuffies for a trade in. Most of my kiddos walked away with a bag full of stuffies, instead of trading in. That’s how good the quality of the items were.
The claw machines are not as rigged as most places. You’re able to successfully get the stuffies without spending a huge amount of coins… which really helps the younger kids and makes them want to come back.
Once we were all done and ready for trade up, the options were great. There was a huge variety to choose from. The big trade up items were nice and not cheaply made. We ended up walking away with a huge Pochacco and Eevee.

I wanted to give them an extra star but I truly couldn’t. We’ve been here before and we loved it. Some of the machines were raised in price compared to our previous visit when they first opened. The lady working greeted us but didn’t seem engaged with us at all. I didn’t see her look away from her phone once. When she exchanged our plushie, she was still on her phone while she was walking with us. I would see this very unprofessional. I would also take into deep consideration to clean the glasses as there were fingerprints all over the glasses, while cleaning equipment was out laying around such as the mops and brooms. It felt like the staff was unbothered by the fact that the cleaning equipment was just lying around. With this visit, I was truly upset by the service given here. Within the claw machines by itself, they were okay. Payout rate was decent but always dropped and shook which is usual with these Claw Machines.
