I'm giving this review as an unusual customer. I showed up, unannounced with 8-10 fluorescent bulbs that needed recycled (leftovers from the previous homeowners of my house). I had nowhere to take them in all of the Twin Cities that day since there are so few places and many places are not open through the week. I was informed that Recycle Technologies usually deal with large quantities of bulbs so they decided to take mine without charging me since it would've been more effort to process such a small amount. I love that I don't have to worry or stress anymore about having a closet full of random electronics, accessories, and hazardous items that I can't throw away in the normal trash. Had a load of steel, got to the place and they wanted to charge me .35 cents a pound.
