We recently sold our house and Tyler, Kaela and the entire team were just an outstanding group of people to work with. We had to relocate out of state on a relatively short notice and didn't have a lot of time to mentally prepare for our house sale. This is where Tyler really helped us out and from the very first time we met him, we were impressed by the respect that he gave us and how he went out of his way to help us. He had a positive attitude, a sound marketing plan, explained things well all along and gave us sound advice. An example of the amazing customer service he provided us is that our house was contingent on the sale of two other houses. He not only coordinated all the home inspections, appraisals, mortgage approvals, closings, etc. with the other realtors but also bent over backwards to get us all the documents so we could stay informed of the progress at every step of the way. Also, him and Kaela excelled at great communication....he always answered his texts promptly (despite probably many people trying to communicate with him all the time). He was always available to answer questions, even on weekends and when he was with family. And if he was ever going to be out of town or with family, he'd let us know in advance that he won't be able to get back to us by a certain time or the following day, etc. I truly felt that he was looking out for our best interest (as he should have!). And last but probably one of the most important attributes that impressed us was his knowledge of the local real estate market and his pricing and marketing strategy...just super impressive. At the end of the day, we felt we could fully trust him because he really put in a lot of time and effort to develop a trustful relationship. From the first time I met with Alex, I knew I had landed the "Big Fish" in the Real Estate Market. I had originally just wanted to chat with her, informally, to get an idea of the whole process. This was my first time purchasing a home. She was so upbeat and positive, and had all this great information, but made it seem so simple and easy to navigate. She provided me several resources and simply put me at ease regarding this endeavor. (As a friend told me, "It's just a 1/4 Million Dollar investment!") Alex made it seem so easy. I met with Alex in October and told her I wasn't planning anything until late June but wanted to be prepared. She walked me through what I would need, set-up a variety of opportunities for me to attend workshops and offered her time. What else could one ask of an Agent? When it came time to find a house, she was there. We looked at only a handful of homes, but that's all I needed, as Alex was zeroed-in on my target home! She didn't waste my time with properties that didn't work for me. When we made the decision to make an offer, she was relentless! There were multiple offers on his beautiful house, and the home we picked out was a hot commodity, but she got my offer accepted… and she was up late that night, following-up on all the extra details of the offer. These are the reasons why our offer was accepted, and this is what makes Alex such an asset. I truly feel I would not have landed this wonderful home without Alex Murray making these strategic moves. There is NO need to look further. After a year of back and forth of wanting to move out of state but scared to take that leap and tons of research on realtors who know their stuff we met with Tyler himself (what an honor!) 😜 he knows his stuff and will go to bat for you. This was our first time selling and moving out of state already has its challenges and TM gave us one less thing to stress about. He met with us twice then we listed. His photographer was AMAZING. Holy moly you’ll be blown away. TM has a great team and I know he will go far with his business. We are happy our selling process went smoothing (pending closing date obviously/fingers crossed) we listed on a Thursday and we signed Friday night after a few amazing and strong offers. Tyler let us know the options and I truly asked him what he would do if it was himself. And of course we went with his advice. This is my number one thing I needed from a realtor and he went above and beyond. I needed someone knowledgeable that will give us our best options and advice. He will have your back 💯 he’s upfront, tell you what he needs from you and will negotiate if needed with buyers. I also appreciated him giving us compliments about how prepared we were upon listing our house. Also he complimented us about our positive feedback we kept receiving by saying he hadn’t had this much feedback on cleanliness as we take pride in our home. And if you can deal with me and my obnoxiousness and sassiness LOL you are doing your job right. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and team. Holy smokes we are moving out of state!!!!!!
