White Castle — Restaurant in Blaine

I really love the fish nibblers here. I come at least 4 times a week just for those alone. My only complaint is the wait here is ridiculous. I'm composing this in the drive thru, with no cars in front of me, waiting for the cashier to come back to the speaker to start taking ny order. A total of 9 minutes later and I'm at the window facing a non smiling, no eye contact giving cashier. That's not the usual, meaning the cashier; it's usually a really nice young girl with a great voice about her personality. This guy just looks sad to be here. Still waiting for my fish, one car behind me, one stalled at drive thru by company request..."we'll be right with you in a moment..." with cars lining up behind them. My first pic shows the menu. It hasn't showed your order on it, in the year that I've been eating here. The pic with the blue garbage area in it is the place you drive after ordering... the silver car is next in line at the window.... the final pic shows the back of the drive thru menu and the line of cars just waiting to order.

Eat here... just order from the app online and completely skip the drive thru. I've never been inside because drive thru is priority, ...so I don't wanna waste any more time than I already do for fish...

I was uncertain what to do or where to stand when I went inside. Place seems very dingy and dark. There were several ppl standing around and couldn't tell who was in line or not. The person on register was in training so that was fine, expected it to be a little slow when I realized that.

The food, I got 4 cheese sliders and fried cheese rings. I barely ate 1 of the sandwiches. Idk what the "flavor" is on their "meat" but it was not my taste, tasted like it was a paste as well. The cheese also was not melted, that sucked. I have no idea why the sliders are so popular, they taste horrible. But everybody had different tastes.

The cheese rings were glorious, I only got a 3 piece, lucky, bc it's a lot of cheese and I barely finished it only bc it was so much cheese. They were crunchy and delish.

All in all, I might be back and try the sloppy Joe's sliders in hopes it doesn't have that same seasoning as the classic sliders and will certainly get another order of cheese rings. I hope the atmosphere is a little better next time. Perhaps it was simply bc they were busy and trying to keep watch on training while...

Visited here on my bicycle ride went to open the door it was locked. No sign stating the The lobby was closed hours were posted it was open till 11 PM it was 630 or so they watched me try to open the door and ignored me when I knocked pretend I wasn’t there because I saw them look at me and look away then I called them up on the phone and asked them why their Door was locked they told me the lobbies closed we only have two people working. (Is from what I can remember growing up and working in fast food it was only me and the cook running the show we never closed the lobby It was not until Covid this was acceptable. Not because of short staff) when the manager answered the phone I asked him what can I do to get some food since your lobby is closed he told me if you’re not in a car you’re not getting any food. He was very rude about it raised his voice with me I don’t typically like to leave reviews like this but I believe this needs to be spoken about I did call corporate as well they were very concerned about what happened I will not be returning to this location if this person is...
