Central Tobacco — Local services in Blaine

I reviewed this smoke shop a few months ago (below) and discovered loads of reviews that appear to be written by an inside source to jack up their rating. It appears as if this was done as a direct response to constructive criticism, and is very disappointing.

This is a very beautiful shop with a lot of glass and an aesthetically pleasing setup; unfortunately however, their customer service leaves much to be desired. This was the second time my husband and I visited this store, and like the first time, we walked out without making a purchase because of poor customer service. I'm rather new to CBD products, and couldn't find what I was looking for behind the locked glass, so I approached the counter for assistance. The employee was cleaning something in his hand seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. After standing there for several minutes without being greeted, I finally broke the awkward silence and asked the clerk if he could please help me find a CBD vape pen without Delta 8 in it. He pointed to where I just came from in the back of the store and said, "in that corner". He then turned back to the object he was cleaning and didn't say another word. I didn't feel comfortable asking for additional help, so similar to our first visit months ago, we left empty handed. We won't be returning to this...

Sold me some glass. Said if it didn't fit to bring it back. I've had a super busy two weeks and when i went back they told me they couldn't help me. Never told me amount of time I had to do it. This is the second time. I am not going back.

Reply: They never said a time limit. They said bring it back. This store has done this before with bad product. Even when I brought it back in 24 hours. I had to fight them just to get a bottle of vape liquid exchanged cause the nozzel and lid were fuzed together and it wouldn't open. They have no product guarantee. There are so many different tabbaco stores around it's not worth it. Find one that will take care of you.

Attacking my view on the amount of money is tasteless. The amount doesn't matter it's how you treat the people who spend money at your store. People need to know not to trust what you say if they have a problem. How getting money out of me was more important then just letting me come back when I knew the size. You/your...

They're black and milds cigars say 99cents he rang it up and it came to $2.16 i told him i came the previous day and got one for $1.49 why is the same product i got yesterday so high now. It was another person working. Im ok paying the 50 cents but not a wjole extra dollar. He said i was lying .They hike prices up. Alot of things dont have prices on them so they can make up their own prices big scam if you got there dont let them take extra money from you. People work hard for their money.
