My husband and I went in to look at flooring for our recently purchased home as well as new appliances. We were not greeted by anyone while looking at appliances. We picked out the "bundle Deal" that we liked best and decided to look at flooring. After about 30 minutes we decided on a floor option we both liked. The store didn't have any of the style we wanted in stock so we decided to go ask someone if they could order it in for us. The lady working behind the desk did some looking on the internet and noticed the same product was fifty cents more expensive online than it was in the store. I asked her if she would be willing to do a price match due to the pricing being 1.49 in the store. She agreed to do this. As my husband and I sat there this lady was extremely pleasant and talked with us as she tried to figure out how to order the flooring at the âdiscountedâ price.
After a 40 minute wait she called for another associate to come over and help her mark the price to the correct price. The ânewâ associate we worked with said that she couldnât figure out how to mark it down either. She ended up walking away from us and coming back with a completely different piece of wood stating â we can price match this one for you guysâ ( the price was the same & the color was NOTHING like the one we had originally looked at)
My husband and I left the store, I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Turns out he knew ALL about the situation that was happening while we were in the store AND he was the one that told his associate to being over the new piece of hardwood flooring to try to get us to purchase it.
The manager Matt then said we can give you a $100 discount on your next purchase due to the inconvenience. No sorry. No apology. No price match. Nothing.
Dear Home Depot- you need someone else running your store. This man is very unprofessional. Iâve worked retail for 10 years IN SALES and have never ever met someone so rude and unprofessional.
I will never return to this location or ANY Home Depot for that matter.

   Read moreThis review is in regards to the carpet installation at this location. We ordered the carpet on 7/10, had the install scheduled with Crew2 on 7/17. Crew2 came when they were scheduled, but during the process, they found out there was a flaw in our carpet. Only half a room out of the 5 rooms were installed. Home Depot did not fully thoroughly do their due diligence in inspecting the carpet at manufacture. Crew2 said they wouldn't install because it's a faulty carpet, which I appreciate their honesty. They mentioned they communicated with Home Depot, & Home Depot will contact me.
I waited the whole day 7/10 for a call, but no response from Home Depot. The following day 7/11, I had my husband call, they mentioned someone will follow up later on our case due to the manager not being there at the moment. My husband did mention Home Depot did give him a call, but he had missed it, but no voicemail was left. He tried giving them another call, and same response to, someone will contact him with more information. I called 7/12 and I still received the same response that the manager is not there and they don't know the status of our case. The customer service rep, said she'll try to find another manager to see if they can help us, and will reach back to us. No one called me back. I decided to go to Home Depot 7/13 to actually talk to someone in person. We finally were able to get an update on our carpet, that they had ordered it already 7/11. If they had ordered it on 7/11, why didn't we get that update at all!!!! The manager said it's now up to Crew2 to reach out to us to schedule the carpet install. Mentioned, we'll be priority and said they talked to Crew2 manager to make sure they know our situation.
We waited for Crew2 to call us but no response. I had to call Crew2 to schedule a date and it did not seem priority at all. We got scheduled 7/29 for carpet install. Communication could have been better from Crew2, but the installers were great!

This was my choice store to go to but after this experience I will go to lowâs from now on. âUPDATEâ got my order, but had to sit at the store for over an hour. Store associate reviewed my order and verified I had everything "NOT" almost left when I noticed I was missing 7' pantry, Plus two cabinets had holes from a forklift...Now I have to wait another three plus weeks for my cabinets.... This is an update on my experience with this Home Depot I will have to give the store credit because after this whole ordeal the customer service has been first class second to none especially the customer service gals upfront and if they read this they definitely know who they are .I definitely have to say that I am very please with my cabinets and this experience though rocky at first this team and the store was able to turn things around..this is a great store for all your home modification needs I find myself going there multiple times a week because of the service is great especially from McKenzie 6star rating if I could giv one...Great job guys keep up the hard work I look forward into my next visit...
