I would not even have given a star if I didn’t have to! Came in for a late lunch. Ordered a chin dynasty which ended up correct but also ordered a noodle bowl with upgraded fried rice. The employee than asked what two entrees I would like with it. I told him I wasn’t aware that the bowl came with entrees. He said that he didn’t know I wanted a bowl and plated it in the entree container so I would have to choose two entrees to go with it. I asked then to just add more rice and noodles and I wouldn’t mind paying an extra dollar or two as I would have left overs for another meal. He said he couldn’t do that because it’s pre measured! I’m not even sure what that meant! I was in a rush and blood sugar dropping so I quickly added the two entrees and ordered our appetizers. I requested a side of lemon sauce to go with the apps as well. When getting to my destination with the food I noticed the lemon sauce wasn’t in the bag... no receipt either. I had to check my account for my total as it was not spoken to me when checking out either. The total I was charged doesn’t make any sense to me and without a receipt I don’t know the breakdown of charges. After placing my two orders (6 items total) through the drive thru and made, I was handed a bag with one item. I mentioned that I’m missing my second order that contained 5 items. She said she gave my entire order but after pulling out the only item in the bag, she had nothing to say except reiterate that I have all the food. I told her all the items in missing which were paid for, then she walked away to put the second order together; however when she came back, In only received 2 of the 5 missing items. I again explained to her that I’m still missing 3 items. She again told me I have everything and again I pulled out all the items in the bags showing her what she gave me. Finally once I asked to speak to someone else, she turned around in amazement to find the missing items in a bag next to her register. After waiting over 15 minutes for all my items, she had horrible customer service skills as she didn’t try to find a solution or at the very least apologize for the mistake. We went in and got some food to go, when we got home we started eating. The food was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, the egg roll was mushy, and tasted like old oil, and all that. The white rice was clumpy and dry, the fried rice was just BAD, the Mongolian chicken was chewy as hell, and the orange chicken was mushy and had a weird after taste, the burbon chicken was fatty and greasy, luckily the lomein was alright but that was about it, we were also being rushed by the workers, we were the only ones in the place except for one person they looked like they were waiting for something but the workers were just rushing us, we didn’t even get to look at the menu or barely anything and had to just settle cause we were being so rushed by them.
