I hope I'm rating the correct location. The KFC that's located near a wendy's by northtown mall??? ๐๐ First of all, I believe this is my 1st time ever to rate on anything!! But I just had to on this place. And after my experience and reading all of the negative reviews and detailed descriptions of past negative experiences, why/how is this place still in business??? The only reason I stopped at this KFC is because we were school clothes shopping at northtown mall. Also, our family absolutely loves KFC!! But we will never go back to that place again!! The drive thru was backed up and when were up to order, we waited way too long for someone just to take our order. And when she finally gets on the intercom to take our order, she's laughing while taking our order!! And i notice the cars ahead of me are having to pull up to wait for their orders! When I pull up to the window, I see like 5 workers helping out with drive thru orders, there's absolutely no reason for the long wait time!! And THAT'S not even the worst of it. We get home and my husband and son dish up and began eating while I gather everything from the car. I walk in to see my son throwing his entire plate in the garbage and my husband shaking his head with disappointment. They have many complaints about the food but I'm assuming they're are just being picky. Far from it because the food was disgusting! And we ordered the $20 fill up with extra side orders and the entire thing went in the garbage. The gravy and the mac n cheese were very watered down like they were trying to save a dollar by adding water to it to make more servings. The chicken wasn't any better. The skin looked old with no crisp to it and the meat was very dry and tough to to chew! ๐ So I ended up having to run up to taco bell because we were of course, still very hungry, didn't feel like cooking and it was getting late....

A lady that was before us order a $5 box meal and got the chicken breast one. She had to go back up there a total of 4 times before she got her chicken breast. They have her thighs and everything else but her chicken breast. So while talking to her which she handled it very well. Very nice each time she had to go back up there and didn't get frustrated or did let show it at least. I order the #5 leg and thigh meal and 10 mins into waiting they said are u okay with 2 thighs we ran out of legs. I said very nicely I guess I dont have a choice. And said yes thats fine. Not even 2 mins after they said that they pulled the legs out and they were done but I still got 2 thighs. Another woman came in and the cashier accidentally rang up 2 buckets of something. The whole crew yelled you can't order that. The coupon is only good for one and we dont have all that chicken. Kind of rudely. She said I only wanted one. So a man came to help. He said u want 2? She said no just one and he looked at her crazy and said thats good cause that's just too much. It doesn't matter how much someone orders geez. So rude! I was so disappointed I wont go back. The only nice person i came across was the cashier and u could tell she felt badly. She had a unique name and it was a color. And she handled every situation very well. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, I spoke to a lady who identified herself as the manager. Instead of offering a sincere apology for the mistake, she responded with indifference, saying that it was okay and that I could receive the missing 2 pieces on my next visit. I was taken aback by the lack of accountability and customer service demonstrated by the manager.
Hoping for a better resolution, I visited the store the very next day. However, to my dismay, the manager still did not acknowledge the error or offer any apology for the inconvenience caused. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of KFC as a whole.
As a loyal customer, I expected a higher standard of service and professionalism from KFC, especially from its management team. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and reluctant to return to this particular KFC location. I believe it is crucial for businesses to value their customers and address mistakes promptly and courteously.
