I just had a terrible experience. I only went there, due to a family referral. Otherwise I never would have gone there. I assumed I would get a fair and honest valuation of my Moms sterling silver. I left with him, to give me a price. He called and his valuation was ridiculously low.$800. I said I will pick my stuff back up. WITHOUT my consent or knowledge, he destroyed my Mothers Sterling Silver serving pieces! This is what he gave back to me. Note the bag of crushed Sterling that he returned to me, alone weighed 27 ounces. The price of silver is $30 an ounce.
