Hated it, I had to make 8 trips there about a tablet they had sold me. I had to get corporate customer service involved because the employees don't know what they are selling. The employees lie and say the service you are getting is one price and corporate says, no it's this price which turns out to be more because you need to purchase a cellular package to get the reduce rate i.e. internet service is $55 a month but to get it for $35 a month you have to purchase a cellular package, same with the tablet, the tablet is free and the agents at the tmobile location over in chgo heights say you pay $10 a month for the service but that's not true, I was charged $65 month for the service on the tablet. It was a bunch of confusion and I have never seen anything like this before and the manager there name Jessie was very rude and dismissive to me. I end up returning the tablet and was charge a restocking fee even though it was the store fault. However, customer service gave me a $40 credit on my internet bill. I would like to get in touch with the owner of that franchise store to report all the employee's behavior and that they need more training in what they are selling. This is why I have been with Verizon Wireless for 29yrs for cellular, home phone and their internet. The tmobile internet was for my rental property that I have because verizon don't have services available as of yet in that area. It was one big nightmare dealing with the people over at tmobile in chgo heights....
Read moreDON'T DO IT! This location is only good for a bill pay stop.. not anything else! I set up a warranty exchange with Corporate over the phone after my phone screen just stopped working unprompted and they sent my new phone here. The purple haired manager here insisted the phone needed to be wiped to approve the exchange in their store - sent me to the Best Buy in Homewood to be told they send people there all the time knowing there is nothing GeekSquad can do. After going back to this store and wiping the phone through iCloud, she STILL refused the exchange citing that I needed to wipe it in front of her or take a screenshot to PROVE the phone has been wiped since the screen doesn't work. She also insisted I would be charged $250 later if TMobile found the phone was not wiped and therefore she cannot accept the exchange and I needed to have it sent to a corporate store bc they are just a third party store. She even argued and snapped at the TMobile customer care rep I called up in the midst of this.
After I left, I went to the Corporate store in Matteson and they are amazingggg. As soon as I walked in and explained, they made it clear to me the manager at this store in Chicago Heights was lying to avoid the store getting charged for any possible unseen damage and fulfilled my warranty exchange the next day.
If you want ANYTHING done that's more than paying your bills I would go to Matteson or anywhere...
Read moreI visited this location on July 6. Excellent customer service. Greeted with good energy as soon as I walk in. Everyone at the location super nice and informative. America and another gentleman was super cool!! As well as the store manager!!😊. I wasn’t sure what phone I should get being that I had an iPhone 11 lol and wasn’t too hip about what’s was new and even though it was only an upgrade America was super informative and genuine with her answers. I kept changing my mind and being indecisive lol. She assured me that it was cool and to take my time she understands. Never once did I feel like I was bothering her. I felt 100% comfortable asking her questions and she answered them all. She even broke it down about the difference in the phones and which one I should get. Over all the experience at this location was GREAT! and this will definitely be my go to store if need be. Keep up the good work guys! Great customer service!!!!😊😊😊 Oh and might I add I visited the store again today with a different staff and I received the same GREAT energy when I walked in. Again guys keep up the good work.
