Due to recent circumstances I needed the use of my laptop and called Chris. We chatted about my needs and he did a house call. I have to say, he was very punctual and respected my time, an admirable quality in anyone.

He explained the root of my issues and what needed to be done clearly then got to work. Based on an update recommendation he took the laptop to his office to complete the cleanup and returned it as promised. Again, on time.

He completed the final piece with my printer connection and my laptop is now functioning the way I need it to be, faster and cleaned up.

The communication with Chris was very much appreciated as I knew what he was doing and why so I was better positioned to make decisions.

Chris and crew are absolute lifesavers!!! As a professional photographer in business for 18 years, I experienced my first catastrophic data loss on June 29, 2023. Recently, I had to allow someone access to my laptop to review a setting within my system. When they asked to do this, I was very uneasy and anxious about it.
