Disappointed with my last visit. This was my second time visiting and I thought it would be a great place to work and have coffee/ eat. While we were eating, one of the people that work here was loudly complaining about another coworker while at the front counter. I thought it was rude and disrespectful to do that in front of customers. The pricing is also a bit high considering the quantity of food you receive and the attitude of the employee serving us was not very welcoming. It felt like we were a burden even though we were the only customers in the shop. I could forgive the pricing being a little higher than expected, but bad mouthing other people/ employees while on the job was very off-putting and for that reason, we will not be back. Hopefully they can make the necessary changes needed to make this a more welcoming and pleasant...

I came here on a whim after being in the area for work, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I was provided. The cafe gives the appearance of a humble shop when you first walk in and if you’re lucky enough to have Diana taking your order, you’ll be greeted with warmth that feels like you’re in your own family’s establishment. She gave me recommendations to get the chicken Caesar wrap (her personal favorite) and I added on a Cubano sandwich and cortadito coffee as well. She asked me if I wanted sugar in my coffee which I did but was afraid it would turn out too sweet, but she somehow knew exactly how I wanted it and it was perfect. This café has such a chill vibe that makes it easy to lose track of time. I came in for a quick coffee and ended up staying for almost two hours. The iced caramel latte I ordered was creamy and perfectly sweet. The seating was comfortable, and I loved the mix of couches and tables. The background music created a relaxed energy, perfect for reading or chatting with friends. The staff was kind and laid-back, which made the whole place feel even more inviting.
