Superfresh Supermarket — Local services in Bloomingdale

When this store first opened it was wonderful. I’m not sure what has happened because now it’s not even worth the trip. The prices shot up and are higher than most grocery stores. If you go there for a specific item on sale, it’s usually out of stock. A lot of the shelves are empty , especially the meat area. The lunch meat and cold salads are no longer fresh. When I buy milk there , it goes sour before the expiration date. The employees are kinda clueless on how to do there jobs. Hopefully the company will realize what’s going on soon and fix it. Third time going in here since they opened, and im done. The 'manager' was too busy playing with his phone to notice that customers needed help. Prices are insulting compared to other local grocery stores. Half the meat shelves were empty. The scraps of steak cuts that were there were so thin that they could be cold cuts. My suggestion to the store is to hire an adult to babysit the children employees. My advice to customers is to go somewhere else until they get their act together. Stop & Shop right up the road has much better prices...

So sorry to the woman who had a bad experience this morning. I shop there on a daily basis & never have I had a rude/bad experience. All the employees greet everyone that walk through the door or up/down the aisles with a good morning/ hello. The staff is so helpful & quick to help a customer if they can’t find a product or if the store doesn’t have what you’re looking for any employee will call the owner & he has it sent to the store within hours or it is ordered & kept in stock.
