I was very pleased with how everything went through the whole entire rental process and even pleased with the product. Until COVID-19 hit. They called over and over repeatedly daily for payment in the middle of a world pandemic when they simply couldâve opened up our application and saw what we did for a living and realize that neither one of us were able to be working at the time due to the executive order. And they still harassed us basically for payment instead of allowing you to pay later pay what you can over and over and over the same call to the point where I will not rent from them again and I had already picked out future of things that I wanted to get from them I will no longer rent from them and I would not recommend anyone renting from them anything ever. They couldâve handled that with a lot more couth than they did it was really disrespectful when he will worrying about how to eat let alone making a $30 couch payment and they were harassing you it was ridiculous. I recently posted a review on here that was a 1 star negative review and I did so right after having a negative experience with an employee... However I did receive a phone call from the store manager inquiring about what had upset me, she took the time to listen looked into my account found the discrepancy and went above and beyond to make it right...
I cannot say enough good things about how Sharon handled this and she took me from being very unhappy to once again being an extremely satisfied customer...
My advice is if you ever have a negative experience here always talk to Sharon or Jason and give them an opportunity to look into things and see if they can help... A female finished my paperwork was highly rude and not patient talked to fast ignored me when I stated I was disabled and to please slow down and help me understand. I got met with no understanding or patience just plain rude I didn't get her name dark hair, short, gauged ears and glasses. I told her she was rude and asked for the man. She replied with silence. Her customer service skills need sharpened. She stereotyped me as a drug user as I'm super skinny and unfortunately lost my teeth.
