This weekend was my birthday weekend, so me, my son, and my hubby took a trip about 200 miles away to SLC. On the way there, we got a flat tire. Hubby changed it, we went on our merry way. Next day, the AC went out. Seriously? Its 94 degrees out. We laugh it off, until his truck throws a code and now we're stuck 200 miles from home at 4pm on Labor Day with a check engine light.

I call Justin at Point of the Mountain Storage looking for a tow dolly and a truck to tow it with. Its Monday at the first of the month, so I figure we're screwed. NOPE. Miraculously, he has a 15ft truck and a car hauler for a reasonable price and it was sitting there, waiting for us all ready to go 10 minutes after my initial call. Everything is perfect. All is OK in the universe. Until our truck wont fit on the trailer.

There's no way he has a bigger trailer. YUP HE DOES. And even after helping other folks, and in 96 degree weather, he has us detached and hooked up to a big toy hauler within 10 more minutes. It cost a ton more, right? NOPE, no difference in cost apparently. This was the first time we had tried to rent any trailer. We were trying to haul our UTV for a day outing and our 10 year old son was so excited! Justin, who was helping us is INCREDIBLE!! The reference of “great customer service” would be insulting! We showed up with the wrong size of ball on our hitch. He literally ran to different trucks on the lot to see if he had one that was the right size to accommodate us! The word ‘nice’ doesn’t even fit him! He was excited and determined to help us go camping! He even met us early so we could be on time to leave with our friends ! We did get the trailer and to complicate things worse, the trailer was the right size but the ramp opening was too narrow(check these things out first if you’re first timers🤪!), But Justin, returned it for us, took care of us! He’s all about good Karma! You treat him well and he’ll go to the ends of the Earth for you! I actually asked him for his permission to write this because I was concerned with my comments, some might try to take advantage of his generous, accommodating character and honesty! He’s also a Veteran! More people should be like Justin, the world would be AWESOME if we all were!
